Abdullah Azzkeri

Abdullah Sulaiman Azzkeri, the founder and managing partner of the company. Abdullah holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in law with honors, and the other in Islamic law (Sharia).

Previously, he was a partner in one of the locally and internationally distinguished law firms, where he provided his services to several local and international clients in the field of legal consultations, contract drafting and review, litigation, arbitration, and more. During that period, he handled work for entities such as Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Jacobs International Holdings Inc, Banque Saudi Fransi, Ahli Capital, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Qiddiya, Gulf International Bank, Advanced Technology Company, Bank of Bahrain, Hawaz, Jadwa Investment Company, Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), Saudi Cinema Company (AMC), and others.

He also worked as a legal consultant for one of the global law firms, where he worked in their offices in the United Arab Emirates and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During that period, he headed the real estate legal consulting department in Saudi Arabia where he provided legal consultations for several hotel projects operating within the Kingdom, as well as for Saudi and GCC real estate developers, providing legal consultations to a number of hotel projects, real estate developers. Additionally, he provided legal advice to companies owned by PIF such as Red Sea International Company, Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and VOX Cinemas.

He also worked on managing the division of more than 36 inheritance in accordance with Islamic Sharia and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Some of the estates included assets inside and outside the Kingdom, and the value of those estates exceeded 4.5 billion Saudi riyals.
