Abdulrahman Alshaikh

Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen Alshaikh, a Senior Associate in the law firm, holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law (Sharia), in addition to an executive master’s in law studies from the Institute of Public Administration.

Before that, he worked as the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department in one of the locally and internationally distinguished law firms. During that period, he provided legal consultation services to numerous local and international companies, as well as global banks, and offered legal consultations to individuals.

Abdulrahman played a significant role in drafting some of the modern regulations and laws in Saudi Arabia. He also provided his legal services to various ministries, government authorities and investment funds. Additionally, he managed and administered the distribution of numerous estates, both locally and internationally.

Abdulrahman collaborates with the company’s clients to offer legal services to a diverse range of clients within and outside Saudi Arabia, particularly in various investment sectors. He also handles several significant legal disputes, assuming various roles such as legal representation, preparation of statement clime, preparation of defense memoranda and estate liquidation and distribution.
